American Legion Youth Baseball, in partnership with the East Central Illinois Athletic Association, regrets to announce that fall baseball will not be offered this year. However, the organizations are excited to inform the community about upcoming facility upgrades that will significantly enhance the baseball experience for players and families alike.

The decision to postpone fall baseball was made in order to prioritize essential upgrades to our facility, starting with the installation of new lights. These improvements are part of a broader initiative aimed at modernizing our facilities and ensuring a safer and more enjoyable environment for everyone involved in our programs.

The new lights at our facility will not only improve visibility for evening games and practices but also contribute to the overall safety and quality of our programs. Future upgrades are also planned to further enhance the baseball experience for players of all ages.

"We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the postponement of fall baseball," said President Brian Hensgen. "We believe that these upgrades are essential for the long-term growth and success of our programs, and we appreciate the understanding and support of our baseball families and the community."

American Legion Youth Baseball and the East Central Illinois Athletic Association remain committed to providing outstanding opportunities for youth baseball and other athletic programs in our community. We look forward to sharing more updates on our facility upgrades and the resumption of our programs in the near future.
