Summer League Player Registration Opens
Wed Jan 1st
Player registration for the Summer League is online only through the ALYB website. Team assignments are based on the player’s age of April 30, 2025.
Summer League Player Registration Ends
Sun Mar 23rd
Player registrations will only be accepted after this date if roster spots are available in a specific age division.
Summer League Late Player Registration
Mon Mar 24th – Thu Apr 10th
Player registrations will only be accepted during this period if roster spots are available in a specific age division.
Summer League Player Evaluations (8U-12U Divisions)
Sat Apr 12th
Families will be notified via email if a player is required to attend player evaluations. Any player needing an evaluation must attend before being eligible to be placed on a team roster.
8U Division – 10 am
10U Division – 11 am
12U Division – 12 Noon
Summer League Player Evaluations Day 2
Sat Apr 5th
Player registrations will only be accepted after this date if roster spots are available in a specific age division.
Head Coach Preseason Conferences
Wed Apr 9th
Head coaches are required to attend their age division’s meeting to discuss the upcoming season and to select practice times.
Team Practices May Begin
Sat Apr 12th
Player registrations will only be accepted after this date if roster spots are available in a specific age division.
Summer League Opening Day Ceremonies/Picture Day
Sat May 10th
All 8U-12U teams will be scheduled to play on Opening Day with games starting at 12 Noon. Opening Day Ceremonies will begin at 11 am and will include all teams from the 6U Division.
6U Division Games Begin
Mon May 12th
6U Division games begin this week, with all games to be played on the newly renovated 8U Diamond.
15U Division Games Begin
Tue May 27th
The 15U Division is comprised of teams from around Vermilion County.
8U-12U Postseason Tournament
Sun Jul 13th – Thu Jul 17th
This is a seeded single-elimination tournament based on the division standings at the end of the regular season.
15U Postseason Tournament
Fri Jul 19th – Sat Jul 20th
This is a seeded single-elimination tournament based on the division standings at the end of the regular season. The top six teams will be eligible for the tournament that is hosted at the American Legion facility.
