The baseball season is nearly upon us, which means it's time to start thinking about American Legion Youth Baseball! We are very excited about several changes to the format of our program for 2017 which include a slightly later Opening Day and the introduction of the ALYB Academy. Complete details on our 2017 Summer Program will be released on our website over the course of the next couple of months. Please remember that our program is open to everyone and that there are no league boundaries.
This year we will be relying more than ever on our online application option, but for a limited time, you will be able to visit us in person at Hibbett Sports in the Village Mall to apply or turn in your online application payment.
Online applications for the 2017 Summer League will be accepted starting on Monday, January 30th. A reminder email will be sent out on January 30th with a link to the online application and instructions for submitting payment.
We will be at Hibbett Sports on the following dates if you prefer to apply in person:
March 4th, 10 am - 4 pm
IMPORTANT: There will be a limited number of roster spots available at each age level and these will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Players that apply online but have not paid in full by March 31st will be placed on a waiting list and will not be eligible to be assigned to a team until full payment is received. March 31st will be the last day that player applications and payments will be accepted.
